The Hunting Club of Látrány undertakes to give the guest hunter (and his partners) the opportunity to hunt for trophy at the given time and in the given place and to use services specified in the contract.

The guest hunter (contracting party) is obliged to provide his and his guests’ personal data at least one week before the beginning of the hunt

The Hunting Club of Látrány provides qualified personnel. The guest hunters have the right to hunt only in the presence of a local guide and shoot wild game which is declared huntable by the guide.

The damage caused by the guest hunter has to be covered by the guest hunter’s liability insurance. This insurance does not refer to the bagging of protected animals.

The trophy of the animal shot belongs to the hunter, he has the right to buy the hide and the game meat at the list price.

A wounded but not bagged animal is considered killed regarding the number of killed animals. The guest hunter is obliged to pay the price in the price list for wounding wild game. Should the wounded animal be bagged during the hunt, the hunter has to pay the full price. If the animal is found only after the departure of the guest hunter, he has to pay the remaining amount after the deduction of the wounding from the full price, the trophy belongs to him only after this.

The invoice is made on the basis of the shooting list filled in and signed by both parties. The game trophy is invoiced in accordance with the trophy weight and size determined by the Evaluation Board of the County. If the trophy wins a medal, the certificate and the medal given by the Evaluation Board belong to the hunter free of charge. The trophy size in the contract is only a reference value as it is impossible to stick to it. Thus the hunter has to pay +/– 10% if the trophy he shot is bigger or smaller than the trophy specified in the contract - and it was not shot for the clear wish of the hunter. In case of a bigger difference than this the club and the hunter have to make a separate agreement concerning the price to be paid.

The guest hunter is entitled to take the trophy with him after paying the invoice in full.

The guest hunter and his partners may only hunt in the possession of a valid Hungarian hunting licence.

If the guest hunter’s behaviour is unworthy of a hunter, the official guide has the right to stop the hunting.
